We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity.

As a valued member of our community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, offering emotional support, and providing companionship to help clients feel safe, respected, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic Support: Assisting with household chores such as washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Meal Planning and Preparation: Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and cooking.
  • Personal Care Support: Helping with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Social Engagement: Providing companionship and encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement.
  • Transport Services: Offering transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.

Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel between client locations.
    • Current accredited first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
    • COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (highly recommended).
    • Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
  • Desirable:
    • Previous experience in home care or disability support.
    • Certificate III in individual support (aging, home, and community).
