Hospitality Frontline Ambassador

The Guest Service Agent role at a luxury hotel involves greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the property management system (PMS) to process reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate data entry and financial processing.
- Address guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner, meeting their needs or directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle guest billing, payments, and account management, resolving any billing discrepancies and ensuring accurate folio balances.
- Ensure compliance with front office standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hotel policies, maintaining consistency in service delivery, guest interactions, and operational tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
