With our 146 guest rooms we are the basecamp four our guests urban adventures.
We are currently seeking part time Night Auditor to join our team.What You'll Be DoingWelcoming our late arrival guests and farewell to our early departures.Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.Taking initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our customers.Undertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating the necessary paperwork for departures.Prepare and distribute relevant reports to relevant departments.Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guest details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure by checking in and out guests as required.Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.Attending to guests' requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.QualificationsYour skills and experience include:Previous customer service experience in a Hotel environmentStrong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera CloudThe ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is requiredStrong communication skills and pride in personal presentationA genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest's smile during their stayAvailability to work overnight shiftsValid Australian working rightsAdditional InformationWhat's In It For YouEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates with Accor and our partners worldwide for you and your familyAn opportunity to Work Your Way, Learn Your Way and experience Benefits Your Way at AccorAbility to really contribute and feel pride in knowing you have made a difference to the greater good of the Hotel OperationWork alongside passionate industry professionalsBe mentored by experienced Accor Hospitality professionals who want to see you succeed
