Job Title: Front of House Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Front of House Team Member. In this role, you will provide a service level beyond expectations by going above and beyond to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships with staff, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging welcome and farewell experiences for staff, clients, and contractors
  • Recognize VIPs, guests, and building staff and use their names whenever possible
  • Maintain reception spaces, guest lounges, and meeting rooms in a well-presented and clean state
  • Work closely with security teams to ensure people and building safety
  • Assist with uploading information to tenant portals
  • Offer a concierge service to assist with ticketing, event, and venue queries
  • Manage administrative tasks as requested by tenants, including mailroom, postage, reports, and other duties
Requirements
