About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to join our team at BAE Systems Australia. As a key member of our Facilities Management & Security team, you will be responsible for gathering, managing, and maintaining data to ensure accuracy of reporting, analysis, and decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Gather, manage, and maintain data to ensure accuracy of reporting, analysis, and decision making, including real estate market research, portfolio/site metrics, benchmarking, internal business plan data, contract information, and bids in our pipeline.
  • External Relationships: Manage relationships with external consultants in respect to external data collection and intelligence.
  • Space Planning: Deliver and maintain space supply and demand forecasts and location assessments.
  • Integration: Integrate space plans and site allocations into the strategic forecast of business space requirements.
  • Site-Specific Planning: Drive site-specific space planning with Lines of Business (LoB) and Regional Managers.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in data management and analysis, and experience in a variety of data analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • A Business Degree/Diploma (Majoring in Property) or equivalent qualification.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
