We are seeking a PM Assistant/Leasing Executive to join our Property Management Team.

The overall mission of Raine & Horne Double Bay | Bondi Beach is to ensure the provision of high-quality services that exceed customer expectations.

As the Support person for the Property Management Team this is a hybrid role and the responsibilities are extensive and varied however, you will primarily be accountable for the overall management & execution of residential and commercial sales properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the property managers and PM team leader.

Responsible for working in a team, you will be expected to demonstrate commitment and loyalty and perform all duties in accordance with the organisation’s office policies and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives and compliance obligations.

Knowledge & Experience in Real Estate Required as well as;

  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle the high intensity within a team
  • Minimum 1-2 year experienced would be ideal in a previous role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills & an ability to communicate at all levels
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
  • Saturday work required
