  • Coordinate lease certifications, annual re-certifications, and other HUD and Tax Credit compliance tasks.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Section 8 and HUD regulations, ensuring compliance across all properties.
  • Plan engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community among residents and promote property appeal.
  • Address tenant concerns and emergencies promptly, providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Streamline work order processing and maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruptions.
  • Conduct regular unit inspections, including quarterly assessments, to maintain high property standards.
  • Enhance curb appeal through strategic landscaping, exterior renovations, and other visual enhancements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multifamily property management;
  • Proven track record of success in increasing occupancy rates and maximizing revenue;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Experience with software solutions and technology platforms relevant to property management (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).
