About the Role

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team in Launceston, Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance.
  • Assist customers to access and engage with their community.
  • Work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Experience in administering medications and managing customer support needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current driver's license and ability to use a smartphone.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
