Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team at ECi Executive in Western Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Civil Business Lead to drive project execution and coordinate technical personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all projects across WA, managing and coordinating internal and external project resources effectively, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them, while also contributing to the development of our company's strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Enhance systems and processes for improved business efficiency and productivity; monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
  • Resource Management: Manage and coordinate internal and external project resources effectively; ensure Project Managers complete all activities, including invoicing and forecasting.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to align technical capabilities with organizational needs, including training; participate in workforce planning to identify future resourcing needs and collaborate with HR.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the broader organization; ensure compliance with industry best practices and drive innovation in response to market changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive Industry Experience: A strong or developing background in management roles, with extensive experience in Urban Development, Water Infrastructure, Environmental, and Traffic sectors.
  • Strong Commercial Awareness: Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business dynamics, including financial management and budgeting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a dynamic senior leadership team, as well as build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and industry peers.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
