Role OverviewThe successful candidate will lead our mining infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality results, and client satisfaction. With extensive experience in the mining sector, particularly in autonomous non-process infrastructure, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from design to execution.
Your expertise will include:
- Designing and delivering civil engineering solutions with a focus on mining infrastructure
- Liaising with clients, contractors, agencies, and team members to ensure smooth project progression
- Managing project budgets, resources, scheduling, and cash flow
- Preparing project documents, including feasibility studies, technical reports, and specifications
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify issues, develop solutions, and meet project goals
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years' experience in a consulting environment, preferably in mining infrastructure
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable)
