Senior Master Data Administrator

Rexel Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Master Data Administrator to join our Data Insights team in North Ryde. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with Product Management and updating supplier pricing on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with Product Management team to update supplier pricing and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in data cleansing and performing necessary checks on supplier price files and other production information.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Suppliers to validate changes and update data.
- Maintain and load customer pricing data into the ERP using ERP bulk loaders.
- Take ownership of all Product Master Data in the business, ensuring high-quality data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain consistent, high-quality, and efficient processes for Master Data management.
- Contribute to data quality evaluation and auditing processes, and manage data quality KPIs.
- Support the business with Product Master Data helpdesk, investigating, resolving, and escalating issues.
- Maintain and load product data into ERP using the PIM tool.
- Document and control all processes to qualify the product data load.
- Ensure Master Data and PIM documentation are up-to-date and accurate.
- Audit and control management, ensuring all changes are tracked and monitored.
- Good understanding of supplier pricing updates in systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to present findings to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage a busy project workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Outcome-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Absolute attention to detail and ability to handle complex datasets.
- Experience with Informatica Product P360 (PIM) and/or Pronto ERP.
- Knowledge of JIRA Service Management tool.
- Understanding of the Electrical Wholesale market and electrical product knowledge.
