Job Title: Maintenance Team Member
Our team is seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and cleaning.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and gardening.
  • Assist new residents with moving in and provide support with any issues they may encounter.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Order necessary equipment and supplies within approved budgets.


Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Trade qualification or completion of a Cert IV in Maintenance/Building Services.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
