Job Title: Store Maintenance Team Member

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Maintenance Team Member.

This role is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using various equipment and cleaning products to maintain floors, shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be physically fit to lift up to 17kgs and work continuously throughout their shift.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be available for a wide range of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week. We offer comprehensive paid training in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment, as well as uniforms provided so you can focus on what you do best.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to maintain floors, shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
