Lawn and Garden Maintenance Team Leader

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our lawn and garden maintenance team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all lawns and gardens are maintained to the highest standards, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, with extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation.
  • Team leader experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their best.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
