Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join our team at Acier Recruitment Group.
Job Summary:
The Safety Officer will be responsible for delivering on safety management plans and safety objectives, conducting regular inspections and audits, and enforcing safety regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety management plans and objectives
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Provide guidance and training to employees on health and safety practices
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and identify corrective actions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in OHS and/or Cert IV TAE
- At least 2 years construction safety experience
- Excellent understanding of setting up safety systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of relevant OH&S legislation and Standards
