Product Development Manager

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. This individual will be responsible for leading product development from ideation, design, requirements and delivery across various products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product development teams in creating innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business strategy, focusing on differentiation, customer-centricity, and time-sensitive projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, designs, and ensure accurate documentation for development.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations effectively throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Commercial experience in digital project management.
  • Track record of delivering products and features into digital apps.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyse product performance and report results to stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, with ability to work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood.
  • Experience with product experimentation and tools such as JIRA, Figma, Slack, Quicksight and Amplitude is beneficial.
