Product Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to spearhead product development, fostering customer-centric experiences within our organization.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Develop and lead product strategies from ideation to delivery.
  2. Prioritize initiatives aligning with our product roadmap, focusing on differentiation, customer orientation, and time-based prioritization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to generate requirements and designs, ensuring accurate documentation.
  4. Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.
  5. Work with UI/UX Designers to bring customer journeys to life.
  6. User acceptance and regression testing of features.
  7. Track product usage and performance metrics.
  8. Integrate customer feedback into product design.
  9. Contribute to regular updates on plan status, development, and released products.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Commercial experience in digital project teams.
  • Experience delivering products and features into digital applications.
  • Writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analysis of product performance and reporting results.
  • Working with developers to ensure requirements are understood.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving orientation.
  • A strong interest in racing, sports, and betting (optional).
  • Experience with product experimentation tools like JIRA, Figma, Slack, Quicksight, and Amplitude (desirable).
