
Spiritual Care Specialist

As a spiritual care provider, you will offer support and comfort to patients and their families in times of need.

- Conduct timely assessments of patients' and families' spiritual needs.
- Deliver personalized spiritual care and counseling services.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide consultation, education, and support to the care team on spiritual matters.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A graduate degree from an accredited seminary or school of theology, along with a certificate of ordination or commission from a recognized religious institution.
- Previous experience working in hospice care or a related field, with a strong preference for those with experience in end-of-life care.
- The ability to navigate diverse faith backgrounds and cultures with sensitivity and respect.
- A current CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
