Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious financial professional to join our team as an adviser.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in financial planning/wealth management, a strong client relationship skill set, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality financial advice and service to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and colleagues.
  • Assist in the development of complex advice strategies and recommendations.
  • Support with the preparation of advice documents and reports.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and visits to offices across NSW and VIC.

Requirements:

  • Education: An approved degree and completion of Financial Adviser Exam.
  • Certifications: Up-to-date CPD obligations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong client relationship skills and professional presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and desire to be part of a dynamic growing team.

Working closely with our senior financial adviser, you will support managing an established client base while having the opportunity to take on your own clients from day one. You will work with a diverse client base and be part of a young, ambitious firm that values professional development and growth.
