Project Director - Infrastructure DevelopmentJob Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the development of large-scale infrastructure projects across various premium assets.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex construction projects within budget and timeline.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project outcomes meet high standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, risk matrices, and quality control processes.
  • Liaise with local authorities to navigate regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, technical documents, and compliance statements.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders on all active and pipeline projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, project compliance, and local regulations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with a clear focus on delivering premium results.
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
