About the Role
The Building Engineer Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the property portfolio meets customer requirements. They will utilize building engineering skills and experience to contribute to specialist analysis, design, development, and deployment of building services.
- Apply planning methodologies to deliver building degradation programs for national sites.
- Lead complex feasibilities regarding priority assets.
- Identify opportunities for minimum viable engineering solutions that continue value to customers and create new commercial opportunities.
- Undertake scoping and budgeting activities to create design & construction projects.
- Adhere to workplace HSE obligations and mandatory compliance training.
- Identify and undertake professional development opportunities and mentorship and learning opportunities from colleagues.
- Higher duties may also exist.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires coordination of large capital programs to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and developing optimal engineering solutions for power and cooling within InfraCo sites.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields of Engineering.
- Post-secondary qualifications in property or building services related fields or similar qualifications and demonstrative experience in building engineering services may be acceptable.
- Data analysis, modelling, and metric reporting.
