Guest Service Agent Role Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a warm welcome to guests at our Broadbeach hotel.

As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in delivering service excellence and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience with us.

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests through prompt, efficient and polished service when responding to their requests.
  • Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Promote and up-sell hotel facilities and services by demonstrating solid product and service knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all departments to understand the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve excellent results.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and services to promote effectively to guests.
  4. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by being respectful, courteous and professional in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting high standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work schedules and tasks.
