Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the operations of our Bowen Region. This is an exciting opportunity for a community-minded and talented people manager to showcase their leadership and business development skills.

As a leader, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and controlling the effective operations of our organization. Your primary focus will be on providing a high standard of professional service and support to ensure the achievement of set goals and objectives for the branch area.

You will have a range of responsibilities which include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve optimal results
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and experience

This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week; however, the successful applicant must be prepared to work outside of these hours if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible to apply for this position, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Business development skills
  • Leadership experience and skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management skills, and conflict resolution
  • Management experience of medium to large teams
  • A willingness and passion to get involved in the local community
  • Financial Services industry and mortgage lending experience (desirable)
