Our client is a thriving boutique law firm based in Melbourne's inner south, seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the front of house area and provide exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, including visitor registers and contractor security passes
- Ensure the daily cleanliness of the office and conference rooms
Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries
- Prepare and print documents, including contracts and correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
