Job Description

We are continuing to invest heavily in our Projects and Energy Transition team and are seeking an experienced Senior Associate with 7 years or more PQE and expertise in energy projects. You will work closely with a strong focus partner and our broader Projects and Energy Transition teams.



Key Responsibilities

You'll be involved in a wide range of matters related to the procurement, development, and delivery of major energy projects—including power purchase agreements—as well as energy regulatory issues and carbon market developments.



About The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on renewable energy and climate-tech projects. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in an energy projects, infrastructure or construction practice area;
  • Expertise in energy projects, transactions and regulatory matters;
  • A passion for the sectors that we work in and seeing city-shaping projects come to life;
