Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Security Operations Manager to join our monitoring centre based in close proximity to Sydney Airport. The ideal candidate will have previous security experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various alarms, including timely response and resolution of duress and other critical alarms, as well as assistance with regular testing
  • Assist with access related enquiries
  • Manage and oversee multiple systems, including CCTV, access, evacuation, and fire systems
  • Monitor the site, identify, and raise faults in a proactive manner
Requirements
  • Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
  • NSW Security Licence
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - we will fund this application
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of around $80-85k per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free onsite parking, cafes, and close proximity to public transport.
