Job Description: As an Organisational Development Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing organisational effectiveness and culture through people experiences, processes and systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop people experiences, processes and systems that support business strategy and purpose.
  • Lead the integration, activation and embedding of skills-led career practices across the Group.
  • Champion initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, career mobility and inclusive growth opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align career architecture with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR Tech and Learning teams to support delivery of the skills-led technology roadmap.
  • Utilise AI tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and/or career enablement.
  • Adept in using systems thinking, human-centred design and other problem-solving methodologies.
  • Critical thinking and data analysis and insights skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working.
  • Knowledge of skills frameworks, talent marketplaces or career platforms.
