Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service professional to join our team. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, learning about our business and hydraulics.

  • You will support the flow of products from Inwards Goods to Dispatch to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and enquiries from customers
  • Provide customers with accurate information and assistance
  • Process sales orders into our system
  • Generate quotes as requested by customers
  • Manage customer expectations regarding lead times and any delays or problems with orders

About The Person We Are Looking For:

Previous customer service or purchasing experience is beneficial, but more importantly, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulics or hoses and fittings is highly regarded
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with our system is advantageous
