Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to enhance digital literacy across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and update business systems with a user-focused approach to managing change.
  • Create learning content, design training workshops, and deliver coaching in online, face-to-face, or blended environments.
  • Consult across the business to understand its context, people, and needs.
  • Search for new opportunities, tools, and methods to drive innovation.
  • Support broader L&D initiatives and systems administration.
Requirements:
  • Passionate IT or L&D professional with strong digital capability and previous experience delivering technology-focused content.
  • Proficient with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting.
  • 'Tech savvy' operator with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on modernisation and innovation.
  • Proactive and curious learner, with a drive to continually develop your own skills and knowledge.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communicator with the confidence to consult with and influence stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Outcome-focused with meticulous attention to detail.
