We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team in delivering digital literacy programs across our network.
- Develop and deliver high-quality digital literacy programs that cater to diverse communities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patrons
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and daily operations
- Support team management and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Key Requirements:
- Experience in planning, development, and delivery of digital literacy programs and projects
- Excellent digital literacy skills and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and across multiple locations as required
