Digital Literacy Specialist

About the Role
- This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in championing digital literacy across the organisation by assessing ICT training needs, developing and leading training programs to meet agreed targets and building an online self-help repository.
- Our Head Office is located in Sydney Metro.
- Training will involve a combination of face-to-face, in-room, and via MS-Teams.
About You
- You will have strong communication and negotiation skills to motivate staff to meet baseline digital literacy levels.
- You will be leading and maintaining a defined digital literacy baseline across the organisation.
- You will use your solid stakeholder management skills to engage and influence key partners to sponsor and support digital literacy and capability building across the organisation.
The Essential Requirements
- You must:
- - have qualifications in KCS Trainer or Cert IV TAFE or equivalent;
- - have ability to influence and build trusting relationships at all levels.
You Need to Have
- - Training experience in workplace productivity technologies including Microsoft M365 (Teams, OneDrive, OneNote), Webex, Zoom, Foxit Pro PDF editor;
- - Experience in assessing and baselining needs and developing relevant training programs;
- - Business Analysis and Project Coordination experience.
