APAC Vendor Coordinator Position

This is a critical position that involves coordinating the activities of vendors across the APAC region. The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between our organization and implementation vendors, ensuring timely scheduling and execution of onsite appointments.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as the day-to-day operations liaison for APAC implementation vendors
- Coordinate vendor dispatch logistics to ensure smooth execution of onsite appointments
- Monitor adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalation procedures
- Support vendors in scope compliance and resource allocation
- Maintain and analyze vendor scorecards, performance metrics, and QA results
- Experience managing vendor operations across APAC regions
- Strong understanding of local service logistics and cultural nuances
- Excellent cross-functional communication and data analysis skills
- Fluent English language proficiency; additional regional language skills are welcomed
