Software Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Software Project Manager in Maryborough, QLD. This role will play a critical part in working with stakeholders to ensure proper Change Management, Process Documentation, and smooth phase transitions.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of transformative internal projects. You will work closely with our chosen external implementation partner and internal stakeholders to achieve this goal.

  • Deliver high-quality project management services
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure effective change management
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO support, change management, or process documentation within a manufacturing, distribution, or technology-driven organization
  • Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives with a structured approach
  • Process Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and detailed process documentation and training materials
  • Project Coordination: Strong project support and coordination skills within a structured PMO environment
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills to drive adoption and change
