Maryborough Special School supports around 80 students from Prep to Year 12 who have significant learning needs, delivering highly individualised programs across four learning phases: early, middle, senior, and transition. The school is dedicated to nurturing independence and active citizenship, with strong emphasis on wellbeing, communication, life skills and employability. Its multidisciplinary team of specialist teachers, education support staff and allied health professionals ensures each student receives tailored support in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
RoleWe are seeking a passionate and adaptable Digital Technology Teacher to join the team at Maryborough Special School on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE) until the end of the school year. This role will involve delivering engaging and individualised Digital Technology lessons to students working at skill levels equivalent to Prep - Year 2, supporting the school's focus on building essential skills and fostering independence. You will be filling in for non-contact time across classes and working collaboratively with a supportive and dedicated team of teachers, support staff and allied health professionals.
