Global Operations Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-level leadership role, where you will lead globally and have the opportunity to drive operations across multiple business units.

  • 10+ month contract making a real impact on a global scale
  • Lead a team of 7 professionals across Finance, Legal, IT & Operations remotely

Maintain seamless collaboration across departments while driving structure, efficiency, and accountability on a global scale.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end operational processes ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver on organisational strategy and objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics budgets and reporting to ensure alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement identifying opportunities to refine systems and processes
  • Foster collaboration across global teams maintaining a strong local presence
Key Skills and Qualifications

You will bring proven experience as an Operations Manager ideally with exposure to global operations.

  • 3–5+ years in operations management or a senior leadership capacity
  • Experience managing direct reports with a focus on coaching and development
  • Exposure to Finance Legal IT or multi-unit operational environments highly advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously thriving in a collaborative culture
