About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to join our Water Infrastructure team at Greencap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing water management infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company to a professional standard at all times and collaborate across the business on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinate design and documentation with other engineering and drafting disciplines and team members.
  • Carry out assigned project and 2D and 3D CAD design work as part of a national team, adhering to technical and commercial standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and commit to a team approach and outcomes.
  • Support other sectors of the business on project activities ranging from feasibility to detailed CAD design.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of CAD technical standards and workflows.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in civil design and drafting of roads, water management infrastructure, utilities, and other civil engineering infrastructure.
  • Practical experience with AutoCAD (essential) and 12d (essential).
  • Previous experience in water, mining, or industrial infrastructure is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Familiarity with point cloud survey is highly regarded.
