Senior Software Implementation Manager

About This Role:
This is a hands-on position managing high-impact projects for an Australian company. The project involves leading the delivery of critical risk and compliance software implementation and platform enhancement initiatives.
The Job:
- Plan, execute, and deliver key initiatives including the implementation of vendor-led risk management solutions and the uplift of existing compliance platforms.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organisational governance frameworks.
- Lead the deployment of third-party risk or compliance management solutions.
- Manage vendor-led implementation, training, and post-go-live activities.
- Oversee platform enhancements to meet risk and compliance objectives.
- Provide project governance, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline in fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing technical software implementation projects.
- Experience delivering vendor-led SaaS solutions and system enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, or governance systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and deliver under tight deadlines.
