About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating site activities, ensuring the safe delivery of projects, and managing sub-contractors and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise site-based delivery of projects, focusing on safety
  • Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure the quality of their work
  • Manage project risks in accordance with PDS
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with sub-contractors, clients, and internal staff
  • Provide supporting documentation to ensure target adjustments are justified and provide accurate inputs into forecasting of the program resource requirements

About You

You will have a trade qualification within the Electrical field or a relevant construction or engineering related qualification. With a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, on-budget, and to a high degree of quality, you will be commercially focused and a leader amongst site crews and sub-contractors.
