Job Opportunity
A highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer is sought to lead impactful projects in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
This role requires strong technical expertise in civil design, with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA processes and design reviews, as well as proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project.
About the Role- Develop project plans and prepare proposals.
- Oversee the UD design and drafting program.
- Lead civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities.
- Coordinate design with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings.
- Manage technical reviews and internal QA processes.
- Undertake project management duties.
- Set goals and develop implementation plans.
- Enhance engineering application processes.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation.
- 15+ years' experience, preferably in civil design for buildings, urban development, land development, or brownfield projects.
- Understanding of brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource management.
