Job Summary

We are seeking experienced EL1 Lead Project Schedulers who have a strength in scheduling projects in an ICT/digital environment. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for guiding team members and delivering output to effectively manage risks and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project schedules that outline tasks, dependencies, durations, and milestones, using project management software and tools.
  • Engage proactively with project managers, team members, senior leaders and other stakeholders to gather information necessary for schedule development.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and update schedules.
  • Identify and raise potential risks or delays, and create mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that the project schedule aligns with the project scope and objectives by leading regular reviews to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the schedule.
  • Provide regular updates on schedule status, highlighting any deviations from the original plan.
  • Support the professionalisation of your team and other schedulers.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with team members, multidisciplinary project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise competing demands.
  • Experience in leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Self-organised and adept at managing stakeholder expectations.

  • A competitive salary range of $115,899 - $130,733 per annum, plus up to 15.4% superannuation.
