Job Title: Contract Administrator

You will oversee all aspects of contract management for construction projects, including preparing subcontract agreements and issuing/ executing with subcontractors. This role requires strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of contract management for construction projects.
  • Prepare subcontract agreements and issue/execute with subcontractors.
  • Revise, terminate, or reissue contracts as required.
  • Review progress claims.
  • Manage cost reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
