The Role:

Our Mineral Resources Technology team require an experienced IT Support Manager to oversee the efficient delivery of technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT support staff through workload management, task allocation and professional development
  • Monitor and support performance against service level agreements and deliver reporting of performance
  • Establish and maintain service level agreements in conjunction with the business
  • Participate in corporate change control procedure as per policy and procedures
  • Implement a technology capability and framework that will support the effective delivery of technology services
  • Undertake audits of end user hardware and software as required

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Rlevant tertiary qualification highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams
  • Experience managing systems and workflows relating to IT Support
  • Ability to engage and liaise with senior management team
  • Previous onsite support experience
