We are searching for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our high-performing team.

About you
We are looking for a high-achieving, organized, and supportive Electrical Project Manager with a natural talent for client interaction, problem-solving, and teamwork.
This role involves managing the entire project process from handover from the Estimation team through to the defects liability period and beyond. You will work with your Site Lead to ensure projects are well planned and smoothly executed. You should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, be technically savvy, and possess strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Autonomy is important, but you will operate within established processes (experience with Simpro and understanding project financials and reporting are essential). Your self-awareness will help you recognize when assistance is needed, and your humility will enable you to ask for help when necessary.
Experience as an Electrical Supervisor is essential — ideally 4-5+ years post-trade qualified on-site, with several years as a PM managing commercial construction and fit-out projects ranging from $300k to $5M.
