We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive business growth and evolve our marketing strategies.

This is a key leadership position where creativity and commercial acumen will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, strengthening brand awareness, and promoting business growth.

You'll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple venues, channels, and events.

Collaboration within your own team, senior leadership, and various departments across the business is essential to ensure our brand voice is consistent, campaigns are results-driven, and every touchpoint aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print
  • Manage campaign ROI and track performance metrics

You'll be responsible for leading our brand direction and visual identity, ensuring everything we do feels fresh, cohesive, and aligned with our brand and values.

  • Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Create compelling visuals and content using Canva and other tools
  • Design and produce visual assets for digital, social, print, signage, and in-venue screens
  • Produce campaign copy for social media, websites, EDMs, and promotions

  • Drive social media engagement with engaging visual and written content
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact promotions
  • Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
