Job Description

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across ANZ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and consistent quality processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the quality team to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and consistent quality processes across ANZ.
  • Manage internal, customer, and third-party audits, driving timely preparation, active engagement, and effective follow-up.
  • Maintain and continuously improve quality documentation and standards in line with certification and customer requirements.
  • Oversee HACCP program activities and ensure food safety protocols are robust and effective.
  • Deliver training and capability uplift initiatives to enhance understanding of quality systems across the business.
  • Monitor and report on quality KPIs and system performance, identifying areas for strategic improvement.
  • Manage and respond to customer feedback, driving improvements in quality and satisfaction.
Requirements

Tertiary Qualifications

  • In Food Science, Quality, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years in a senior quality systems role within a manufacturing environment.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
  • Proven track record in managing food safety systems (HACCP, BRC, SQF, etc.) and navigating complex audits.
  • Ability to influence and engage across functions and levels, translating technical concepts into actionable outcomes.
  • Passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
