Senior Design Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Design Project Lead to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will contribute to all projects, leading a wide variety of project packages, and provide design support and review for other divisions.
- Supporting the design team on precinct urban design strategies, master plans, and concept design
- Preparing design presentations to communicate project vision and objectives
- Working with diverse stakeholders and building strong relationships
- Assisting in directing architecture, urban design, and landscape consultants
This role is responsible for:
- Design package leadership
- Design presentation preparation
- Stakeholder management
- Project direction
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Qualifications relevant to the role
- Experience in front-end urban design, master planning, residential development, and project management
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
