Sales Team Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer interactions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent sales service
  • Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and leadership teams
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing retail environment
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis

In this role, you will assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager and be measured by your ability to drive sales and maximize profit goals for a specific store.
