Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of garden maintenance professionals to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement schedules to meet client expectations and deadlines, prioritising tasks to guarantee timely completion of garden maintenance activities including planting, pruning, weeding and fertilising.
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed and implement corrective actions to maintain exceptional green spaces.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns and provide updates on maintenance activities ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- ACDC License (highly regarded).
- MR License.
- White Card.
- Valid Drivers' license.
- Effective communication and team management skills.
