We are seeking skilled individuals to fill the role of Resource Recovery Support Officer, a pivotal position in our waste services team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks including account management, data entry, and report preparation for stakeholders.
- Customer service at the weighbridge and Reuse Shop, managing daily service issues and resolving complaints and feedback.
- Supporting the Leadership Team in general administration activities, including task reports and data entry.
- Contract administration and freight pickups for cardboard, oil, and polystyrene.
Requirements:
- Award-winning business administration qualifications and/or experience.
- Currrent Class C Driver's Licence.
- General Construction Induction Training Card.
- Proven experience in service delivery administration with organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
