Our goal is to enable human life on Mars by designing and building a second orbital launch pad for the Starship rocket.

We seek a highly skilled engineer to lead project teams, consult with contractors, and manage construction contracts. This role involves both civil and structural design and analysis calculations, as well as onsite engineering inspections and field observations.

Responsibilities include performing complex calculations, resolving conflicts in real-time, and fostering an environment of accountability and responsibility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, and at least 1 year of professional experience in civil or structural design, analysis, construction, and drafting.

Key qualifications:

  • Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying
